Follow the following steps to overcome this problem .
Step 1 : Open "Power Options" in "Control Panel".
Step 2 : On the Left hand side, look for "Choose what the power button do".
Step 3 : Click on "Change Settings that are currently unavailable".
Step 4 : Click on "Turn on fast Startup (Recommended)" and Uncheck it.
Step 5: Click "Save changes" and restart your pc and see the effect.
